The Farm is developed into agro-tourism with 2 campsites incorporating four (4) Safari
tents, caravan, kitchen, dining, ablution, manager flat, workshop, staff accommodation, staff
canteen and carport.

The Campsites each have own ablutions.

1) Consists of 1 ablution, canvas on cement with hot water.

2) Consists of 2 ablutions, cement brick construction, plastered and painted on
both sides with IBR sheet on wood with hot water.

The tents are mounted on steel frames on concrete slabs all tents are en suite,

Tent 1 – Shower and bath, the other 3 – showers only. Diners Tent, tented kitchen and ablution.

The Main Building consists of one bedroom flat, laundry, office, butchery with cold-room,
garage, workshop, solar room and storeroom al of cement brick construction, plastered and
painted on both sides with IBR sheets on steel roofing. Ceramic tile finish on concrete slab
floor; aluminium -framed windows and sliding doors.

Staff Housing incorporates three (3) one bedroom tented units with kitchen and ablution as
well as one (1) 2 bedroom tented unit with kitchen and ablution.

Irrigated Farmstead – this is under covered shade nets with computerized irrigation system
powered by solar energy.

The farm has 2 equipped boreholes 4500L / HOUR each.
